Substitution Policy

Flowers are a natural product and availability changes daily. If a specific bloom in your arrangement isn't available, our designers substitute flowers of equal or greater value in a similar style and color palette, keeping the overall look and value of your arrangement.

For sympathy arrangements, we maintain a dignified and respectful tone. If you have a strict preference, note it in your order and we'll do our best to honor it.
